Our Dental Team
 Our dentist, Walter Mick DDS, is an honors graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, class of 1987. In 1988, Dr. Mick completed a general practice residency at University Hospitals in Columbus. After completing his residency, Dr. Mick opened his practice. He moved into his new, state-of-the-art facility in 2001.
Dr. Mick is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Columbus Dental Society.
Dr. Mick has a firm commitment to excel in dentistry by attending all the latest cutting-edge continuing education courses in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He believes in the value of always striving to be the best in his field, and he brings this strong commitment to his practice, and his patients.
Originally from Thornville, Ohio, Dr. Mick enjoys running, weightlifting, boating, fishing, waterskiing, and water sports.

Heather, our dental hygienist, is a 1997 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, in Columbus, Ohio. Immediately following her graduation, Heather joined our staff and became a very valuable member of our team. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association. Originally from Kettering Ohio, Heather enjoys spending time with her growing family, boating, travel, and shopping.

Mindy, our financial coordinator, handles the billing and insurance issues of the practice, in addition to patient reception and correspondence tasks. Mindy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green University in 1982, and joined the practice in 1999. She lives in Reynoldsburg with her husband and family, where she enjoys hot summer weather, traveling, and crocheting.

Mikki, our chairside dental assistant, assists Dr. Mick directly with chairside procedures and is in charge of dental supplies and equipment for the office. Mikki joined the practice in 1993, and has enjoyed over twenty years of dental experience. She lives in Millersport, near Buckeye Lake, with her son and her pets. During her leisure time, Mikki enjoys bicycling and hiking.

JoLynn, our scheduling coordinator, is also certified in dental radiology. She takes care of scheduling the appointments in our office, coordinating new patient visits. JoLynn came to us in 2007 from the property management industry and handles our marketing needs. She currently lives in Pickerington where she’s involved in numerous church and school activities. When she gets a moment to herself, JoLynn enjoys reading, weight training, and vigorous outdoor activities.
